The Fine Print
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This policy explains what information Hollahollee collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect as little as we need, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it. No unnecessary plot twists here.
1. Who we are
Hollahollee is run by Holly Williams under the business name Williams Creative Solutions, based in Alberta, Canada.
If you have a question about your information, email holly@hollahollee.com.
2. What we collect
When you sign up for emails, a free recipe, or one of our quizzes:
- your first name and email address
- your quiz answers, if you take a quiz
- which free guides, recipes or other goodies you asked for
When you buy something:
- your name, email address and billing address
- what you bought and when
Your card details go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
When you message us on Instagram:
If you comment or send a keyword like RECIPE, SNACK or QUIZ, our messaging tool receives your Instagram username and your messages so it can reply and send you what you asked for.
If you then give us your email address, it's added to our email list.
When you leave a review:
We may collect your email address, first name, star rating, comments, and whether you gave us permission to share your review.
When you open our emails or visit the site:
Our email software records whether you opened an email and which links you clicked.
Our website and hosting providers automatically log basic technical information such as your browser type, device and general location (such as your country or region, not your street address). This helps us keep Hollahollee secure and working as it should.
3. How we use it
We use your information:
- to deliver what you bought or asked for
- to send you emails you signed up for, such as recipes, drama picks and occasional offers
- to send you emails that better fit your interests—for example, if you keep clicking on snacks, we may reasonably assume you'd like to hear about more snacks
- to stop sending you offers for products you already own (because nobody needs to accidentally buy the same recipe book twice)
- to answer your questions and help with orders
- to share reviews, but only if you gave us permission, and only with your first name
- to keep records we're required to keep for tax and accounting purposes
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.
4. The services we use
We use a small number of trusted service providers to keep Hollahollee running, including an email marketing platform, Instagram messaging tool, checkout and payment processor, website hosting and security providers, and a business email provider.
They only receive the information they need to do their job, and they're required to protect it.
Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where your information may be subject to local laws.
If you'd like to know the names of the providers we use, email us.
5. Cookies
Our website and checkout use cookies—small files stored in your browser—to work properly, keep things secure and remember what's in your cart.
For the analytics kind, we ask first. When the cookie banner appears, choose "Accept All" and we'll keep track of what's working—choose "Reject All" and we won't. You can change your mind anytime via Cookie Settings at the bottom of the page.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the site or checkout may not work properly if you do.
6. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe: Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email. You'll still receive necessary emails such as receipts for things you buy.
- See your information: Email us and we'll tell you what personal information we have about you.
- Correct it: Email us if something is wrong or needs updating.
- Delete it: Email us and we'll delete your information, except for anything we're legally required to keep, such as certain purchase and tax records.
We'll reply within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We'll respect those too. Just email us and we'll help you with your request.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your email information while you're on our list.
If you unsubscribe, we keep only what's necessary to make sure we don't accidentally email you again.
We keep purchase and business records for as long as we're legally required to keep them. In Canada, tax records generally need to be kept for at least six years.
8. Keeping it safe
We use reputable service providers, secure connections and two-step login on our accounts.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. If something goes wrong that affects your personal information and we're required to notify you, we will.
9. Children
Hollahollee is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll take steps to delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this Privacy Policy, we'll update the date at the top.
If we make a significant change to how we collect or use your information, we'll let our email list know.
11. Contact
Questions about your privacy or information?
We'll do our best to keep this part of Hollahollee considerably less dramatic than the shows.
